1.Bananas
Since bananas have a lot of soluble fiber, eating them with lots of water might dilute the stomach's gastric fluid, which can ultimately cause digestion to slow down. Eat bananas alone or with dishes that suit their texture and flavor, according to experts.
2.Citrus fruits
Citrus fruits with a high water content, such as oranges, grapefruit, and lemons, are already juicy. Acidic fruit that has been combined with too much water makes the stomach uncomfortable or makes you feel full. Additionally, it's advisable to consume it sparingly and wait a short while before sipping water.
3. Yogurt
Yogurt contains probiotics, and yogurt is popular as a good dairy product for gut health. Drinking water immediately after eating yogurt can eliminate probiotics and reduce their effectiveness. If a person wants to drink something with yogurt, they can settle for a small sip of water or opt for a flavored yogurt that is already diluted with liquid.
