Practicing stress relief techniques, such as yoga, deep breathing exercises, meditation, or hobbies, can help with excess weight loss and shedding unhealthy fats. It should be borne in mind that excess fat loss takes place within a week, 10 days, or a month. It therefore requires sustained effort and patience.
